CARDINAL MORAN.

London, Ootober 5 Cardinal Morarr, m accepting the freedom of Dublin, said the loyalty of the colonies was proverbial, a fact which he attributed to their power of self-government. A fairer and richer land than Australasia did not exist, and he argued that similar freedom would produce similar results m Ireland, and urged the Irish people and clergy to be untiring m their endeavors to bring about such a result.
