FORCING THEIR HAND.
The Hon John Stampel, M.P. for Halifax, advocates the adoption by the Liberals during the November session of a series of tactics directed towards forcing Government to dissolve Parliament. He recommends united action m this direction by the Liberals and Liberal Unionists and proposes that Sppply should be refused until Government agree to a dissolution.
