| Statutory Declaration.— l, Franz Raaber Ironbark, Sandhurst, m the colony of Yiotoria, Australia, do solemnly and sincerely deqlare that on the 25th June, 1877, my son Alfred, six years of age, was accidentally hurt mth an axe on hig knee. lat onqe took all pains to secure medical assistance. However m spite of all efforts, on the 27th August, 1877 the opinion was given by Dr Maogilliyray that an amputation of the injured limb had become imperative, m order lo save life At this juncture I called on Messrs Sander and Sons, procuring some of their Extraot of the Euoalyptua Globulus, and by the appljoatioii ' of the Bame I bad the satisfaction of seeine my son within a fortnight out of all dancer and to-day he is recovered. I may ju 8 t add that it was when the crisis had been reaohed that the Extract referred to was first aDdied And I make this solemn declaration etc -. Franz Rmbe.
