THE EMPEROR'S DIARY.

London, September 25. Prfnce Bismarck's denial of the authenticity of Emperor Frederick's diary is generally construed as adenial of the facts therein stated, rather than an allegation that the diary is a mere fabrication. The publication of the diary has created a great sensation m Berlin,, and caused much uneasiness m official circles m that city. It is asserted there that the publication is a gross breach of faith, as it is contended the late Emperor gave instructions that the contents vrere not to be made public till fifty years after ish death. The diary was published without the Emperor William's authority.
