EMPEROR FREDERICK'S DIARY
Berlin, September 24. The Emperor William and Prince Bismarck have cast doubts on the authenticity of the extracts which have been published from the diary of the late Emperor Frederick. They both stated they are convinced that they are partially fictitious at least.
