TURKEY AND GREECE.
Athens September 22, The Turkish Government have refused a denjand from Greece for re* dress for the seizure of a Greek fishing vessel by Turkish! war vessels, and m consequence eleven Greek warships are being equipped to compel a speedy settlement of the dispute.
