If one hen leys one egg lv the stated time then six hens lay six eggs In that time.
(4.) The stated time for each laying being one and a half days there oan only be font layings within at ren days beouue four timea one and a half equals six and there could be no further laying until the expiry of seven and a half daya. (6.) Therefore the six "hens lay six egga at eaoh laying and as there are four layings within seven days the answer li four times six 24. THE BLIZZABD PUZZLE.
