MONSIGNOR PERSICO'S REPORT
Rome, SepUaber 19. Monsignor Persico, the Papal delegate to Ireland some time ago, has furnished bis completed report to His Holiness the Pope. After referring generally to matters prior to the Papal decree, the Monsignor states that the Irish Bishops are persistently endeavoring to pacify Ireland, and that the national agitation has lost much of its intensity.
