REFRACTORY ORES.
London, September 19. Sir Saul Samuel, Agent-General for New South Wales, will accompany Sir Dillon Bell on his projected visit to Freiburg for the purpose of .further inspecting the treatment, of refractory ores as practised at the smelting works of that city. The Agents-General will be accompanied by Mr W. C. Roberts Austen, F.R.S., Chemist and Assayer at the Royal Mint, who will make a report for transmission to the Colonial Governments interested m the subject.
