Fat Galtlv. — A fairly heavy entry, quality all round very good, a few llnei ezeeptionally bo. Demand somewhat brisker than of late, though It slackened off towardi the fiatsh. Values all round •how a little Improvement, t"z, for primeet quality up to 21s per 1001 b down to 17c, bi the quality vailed. Steers sold at from £7 15a to £10 for heavy weights, £4 15s to £6 for light and medium ; a line of very prime young oows sold at from £8 5s tc £9 j other lines of cowa aod heifert. £4 2i 6d to £5 16s. Sioeb Oattlf.— A good number yarded of all descriptions ; a moderate *ttendance of buyers, and the enquiry anything bat brisk, a considerable part of the entry being paved at anotion. Three-year-old •teen sold at from £4 to £4 12s 6d j two aod-a-haif.year olds, £3 12* 6d ; two-year-old heifers to £2. DAI37 Cattle— A. moderately large entry ; buataeii dull. Fax Sheep — A full market, quality on the whole good. There wai an absence of •ny demand for export, but buyers for grizlng and shearing helped the market materially ; values on the whole were about on a par with last week's market, but irregular. The prlmest oroesbreds sold at from 15s 61 ta 18s per bead, lighter weights 13a to 14s 6d. Merino wethers from 10a Id to 16 , being at from 2£d to 3d per ld.tocording to quality. Stoke Sheep. — Only a few lines yarded nnd good enquiry shown, late valaea being unaltered. Hoggets sold up to 10a Id, ewe*, In lamb, 10* 9d. PIGS.— A moderate entry, and a keen demand, late values being quite upheld ; baeonen sold at from 35a to 463 ; porkers, 20§ to 32i ; stores, 10j to 19s 6d, being from 3d to 3£d per lb according to weights and quality.
