PARNELL AND THE "TIMES."

The " Times" has entered an appearance m the action brought against the paper by Mr Pafnell m Scotland. Sir Charles Russell, who is acting for the Irish members before the Commission, has made an application for a subCommission to visit America' and examine witnesses m connection with the « Times" charges. Sir Charles has also applied for an inspection of the letter alleged to have been written by Parnell. Counsel for the "Times" have applied for an order to examine the books and papers m the possession of the Land and National Leagues.
