THE WHITECHAPEL MURDERS
The impunity with which the Whitechapel murders were committeed has I drawn general attention to the inefficiency of the detective force, The "Daily Telegraph," m a scathing article on the subject, exposes the glaring insufficiency and disorganisation of that branch ot the service, and declares the public will tolerate it no longer.
