THE ZULU AFFAIR.
An official despatch from Sir A. Havelock says that Dinizulu, who has been ill for some time, has surrendered to the Transvaal authorities, an assurance being given that he will not be handed over to the British authorities. Undabuka, who has been deserted by his followers has fled to Amatongaland north of Zululand.
