LIBEL ACTION.

Mr Dibbs, plaintiff in the recent libel action against the Sydney "Daily Telegraph^: has. commenced another action against that paper, having served a writ on the proprietors for £10,000 damages, for an alleged libel contained in an article, published by the "Telegraph" commenting on the decision in the recent case. .
