William Berwlok, licensee of the Paiaee Botel, was charged to-day with selling liquor after hoars, allowing an unlawful game with dioe to be played, and employIng a barmaid after hours. He waa fined £10 on the first, £10 on the eeoond, and £5 on the third, the license to be endorsed for the latter offence. The Magistrate gave an order for dio tress at once. The evidenoe showed that a number of women of bad oharaoter and were In tha house drinking, gambling, and daoolng till three la the momlaar.
