Paris, September 5. A shocking railway accident has occurred m the east of France. The ■ Paris express ran off the rails near i Dijon, and before any intimation could be conveyed of the mishap the Italian express dashed into it. Both engines were hurled over the viaduct, while twelve passengers were killed and forty iojqred,
