LIBEL CASE.

Sydney, September 7The great libel action G. R. Dibbs v Proprietors " Daily Telegraph concluded last night, after a hearing of ten days. The jury were unable to agree on a verdict, and were locked up for the night. The alleged libel was published m a leading article on the 10th December last, commenting on Mr Dibbs' Financial Statement, and charged him with criminally manipulating public accounts and estimates. ;£i 0,000 are claimed.
