THE CHINESE QUESTION.
(PBR PRESS ASSOCIATION) London, September 5. Sir Julius Yogel considers that it is useless for Australia to depend on the Home authorities for assistance m settling the Chinese question. A letter has appeared m "The Times" stating that the working classes are being made tbe tools of certain unscrupulous agitators who are interested m the exclusion of Chinese laborers.
