FISHERIES DISPUTE.
Lord Salisbury's injunction to use extreme caution m dealing with the Fisheries question is resented by the Dominion Cabinet. Lord Salisbury agrees with the contention of the latter that two years notice of the revocation of the Washington Treaty is necessary.
