Sydney. September 4. The Australasian Society for the Advancement of Science has appointed a Committee of its members to consider the proposed expedition to explore the antarctic regions and seismological phenomena m Australasia. In the Appeal Court Holt, exmanager of the Bank of New Zealand here, appealed against the decision of the lower Court handing over his interest m the Rose Hill estate to the Bank. The appeal was dismissed.
