There is a slightly better demand for firewood m consequence of the rise m coal. We have had the mildest winter at present ever experienced, with perhaps the greatest rainfall. The latter has brought an unusual amount of sickness, mostly affections of the lungs, but often, too, bringing op. rheumatism of the limbs.
