Beblin, August 27. The Emperor William, addressing a meeting m connection with the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, appealed to the nobility to help him m realising the ideal of the nation, whose people possessed a high sense of honor, whose religion was based on true Christian principles, and whose moral standing was unimpeachable.
