NAVAL MANCEUVRES.
I London, August 21. \ Admiral Baird who was in command of the defending fleet in the recent naval manoeuvres has reported that the [main object ot his tactics, namely to defend the mouth of the Thames and the city of London was successfully fulfilled. Tfie blockade of Berehaven was raised owing to the scarcity of torpedo boats.
