THE PARKES' PENSION.
Notice of appeal has been given against the judgment of Mr Justice North upholding the action of the Directors of the Bank of Australasia in granting a pension of a year for five years to the family of Mr Parkes, the Melbourne Manager of the Bank, who was killed ia the Windsor railway accident.
