BOULANGER TRIUMPHANT.

Paris, August 20. Elections for seats m the Chamber of Deputies took place to-day for tbe Nord, Charente Inferieure, and Somrne departments. General Boulanger, who recently resigned his seat for the Nord, was nominated for all the seats, and was returned for each department by large majorities. At the election for the Nord the General obtained a majority of 15,000, for Charante Inferieure his majority was 8000, and for Sorame he was returned by two to one over his opponent.
