In answer to Mr Hutchison he said that Government Intended to appoint a Commissioner to deal daring the reoess with all past trans ictlons which did not come within the scope of the Bill as It stood. In answer to Dr Newman he said It would include snob, oases as those of the Mokau Coal Company and Mr Arthur Owen, whose petitions had been before the House.
