St. .Petersburg, August 12. The Russian Government insist on their demands for the deposition of Prince Ferdinand from the Bulgarian throne, and the exclusion of Prince Alexander from Bulgaria. After the normal situation has been restored Russia would be prepared to send a Commissioner to Bulgaria to restore' diplomatic relations, and would then accept a legally elected- Prince of the orthodox Chutch.
