London, August 10. In the House of Commons the Irish Drainage of Land Bill has been postponed.
London, August 11. Mr James J. O'Kelly, member for Roscommon North, who was arrested on a charge of inciting witnesses to refuse to give evidence under the Crimes Act, has been sentenced to four months' imprisonment. Counsel for defendant gave notice of appeal. In the House of Lords the Commission Bill has been read a second time, and committed pto fotma.
