AN INDIAN SCANDAL.
The Select Committee of the House of Commons appointed to enquire into the circumstances attending the promotion of the Hyderabad Mining and Railroad Company, and the manner m which its affairs have been conducted, report that the concessions obtained from the Nizam of Hyderbad are censurable m the highest degree.
