It is feared that a boating party, comprising three persons, who left Jervis' Bay on the 20th ult, have met with some accident, as since iheir departure they have not been heard of.
In the charge of murder brought against Mrs Collins, wh.o, it \yill be remembered, is alleged to have poisoned her husband at Botany some time since, the jury were unable to agree, and a new trial has been ordered for the October sessions.
