The Land Acs Amendaaeut Bill was recommitted and repotted vr.t'i amendments. FAIR BBM BILL. Tie adj mrned dabate on tha Fair Rqnt Bill wa? continued by Dr Pollen, who moved that it bo read this day six months After a lengthy debate the Council divided on tho question that the word proposed to be omitted Btaud part of the question— Ayes, 5 ; Noes, 22 Tha anaeadineat was carried and the Bill thrown out.
