Campbell, member for Kirkca'dy, has given notice to ask on Saturday whether Sir Henry Parkes admitted acting illegally m excluding the Chine&e from New South Wales, and whether he had stated that the Government were de termined to exclude the Chinese despite the Imperial Government; whether Lord Carrington had assented to the Bill indemnifying the action of Government ; and whether this Bill is m accordance with existing treaties between Great Britain and China.
