THE PARNELL COMMISSION.
Id a letter m the "Times" Mr Parnell challenges Mr Chamberlain to publish the Irish Local Government and Coercion Bills which he alleged be had drafted, but which were not accepted by the last Cabinet. Mr Parnell states that m those Bills Councils were to be substituted for Parliament,
The Parnell Commission will meet promptly to decide on the method of working the enquiry and the limitation of charges, It will then adjourn until October.
