J Statutory Declaration.— l, Franz Baabe i Ironbark, Sandhurst, m tbe oolony of Viotoria, i Australia, do solemnly and sincerely deolare that on the 25th June, 1877, my son Alfred, cis years of age, was accidentally hurt with an axe on hi/3 knee. lat once took all pains to secure medical assistance. However, m epite of all efforts, ou the 27th August; 1877, the opinion was given by Dr Macgillivray that an amputation of the injured limb had become imperative, m order to save life. At this juncture I called on Messrs Sander and Sons, proouring some of their Extraot of (he Eucalyptus Globulus, and by the application of the same I bad the satisfaction of seeing my son within a fortnight out of all danger, and to-day he, is recovered., I may just add that it was when the orißis had been reached that the Extraot referred to was first applied.
