PAN-ANGLICAN CONFERENCE.

London, August 6 The report of the Anglican Conference has been published. It was resolved not to recognise any divorce without adultery, and to refuse remarriage to any who were guilty against the laws of divorce. A Polygamist was not to be admitted to baptism. A favorable report: was read on the proposal to allow colonial Primates to rank as Archbishops, but no action was taken m the matter.
