The Council met at 2.30 p.m. BUSINESS.
Tbe question of the alleged disqualification of certain members once more oame up, and was again adjourned. The Mount Somers Boad Board Bill was oommitted and reported with amendments. The Ellesmere Lake Lands BUI was read a «eoond time and partially considered m Committee. Tbe Land Aot and Mining Aot were each farther eonaidered m Committee, and reported with amendments, The Married Women's Property Extenalon BUI was thrown out on the seoond reading. After aome debate on the Naval and Military Settlers and Volunteer Land BUI the Conncll adjourned at 10.30 p.m.
