AMERICAN CLAIMS AGAINST ENGLAND.
WASHINGTON, July 31.
Resolutions are to be introduced into the American Congress, requiring Government to demand from England restoration of the rams and ironclads flying the British flag, built for seceders and paid for out of southern money.
