PENSION DECLARED VALID.
In the action brought by severa shareholders to restrain the Directors of the Bank of Australasia from paying to the family of the late Mr Parkes (for many years manager of the Bank, and who was killed m the Windsor Railway accident), a pension of for five years, Mr Justice North held that the grant was valid.
