The meeting will be held under the New Zealand Grand National Steeplechase Rule: where applicable. 3. No entry will re received except on ht 1 conditions that all disputes, claims, and objec tions arising out of the racing, shall • decided by the Stewards or whom they maj appoint, their decision on all points connected With the carrying out of this programme be final. 3. A qualified Hunter shall mean any horse that has been fairly hunted at least three times with any recognised pack of hounds during the season 1888 Master of Hounds certificate to be produced at the scales. 4.
