London, July 30. At the Westminster Abbey to-day, a memorial erected to the memory of the Rt. Hon W. E. Forster was unveiled. In the course of the address on the occasion, Lord Knutsford dwelt on the interest ever displayed by the deceased statesman m the welfare of the colonies.
