ITALY AND MASSOWAH.
Rome, July 28. Signor Crispi, the Premier, has sent a despatch to the Powers, notifying to the Great Powers the annexation of Massowah. He accuses France of attempting to prevent Italian activity m Africa.
Rome, July 30. The Italian Government insists that the French and other foreign residents v at Massowah shall submit to taxation.
