THE "TIMES" LIBEL CASE.
I (per press association.) London, July 28 It is reported that, acting on the pressure of Mr Gladstone's party, Mr Parnell is likely to bring an action against the " Times " m Scotland, unless the scope of the Judicial Commission is limited. Mr O'Donnell intends to move for a new trial against the " Times."
