CHAMBERLAIN'S VIEWS.
Mr Chambeilain, speaking at Birmingham, said that he never for an instant regretted his support of the Irish Crimes Bill. If Mr Gladstone ever succeeded m making his Home Rule scheme law he would have to face a civil war, for Ulster would never submit to the control of a parliament sitting m Dublin.
