THE MARKETS.
London, July 27. Eight thousand quarters of Australian wheat of August shipment are being held for 34s 6d. A cargo has been sold for the Continent at 34s 9d, At Antwerp wool sales 20,000 bales were catalogued, of which 2000 were from Australia. The series close on August 3rd. Prices remain firm, with the exception of inferior combings which are a farthing cheaper.
