[ [PBR PRESS ASSOCIATION. J London, July 26 The weekly returns of the Bank of England, published to-day show the total reserve m notes aud bullion at £12,300,00. The proportion of reserve to liabilities is 40 per cent, being a decrease of £321,000 compared with last week's reserve, and an increase of | per cent m the proportion to liabilities. Ihe total quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,190,000 quarters, and for the Continent 490,000 quarters. The market rate of discount is If per cent. The Bank rate of discount is ty per cent, London, July 27 Tallow— Mutton 24s 6d, beef 28s. There are 17,000 casks m stock.
