THE ROYAL VISIT.
Berlin, July 24. The Czar and Czarina were entertained at breakfast on board the Royal yacht Hokenzollern, and afterwards inspected the squadron. The farewell between their Imperial Highnesses and the Emperor William was of a most cordial nature, the latter repeatedly thanking them for the visit.
