The meeting will be held under the New Zealand Grand National Steeplechase Rules 'where applicable. 2. No entry wiir 1 c received except on ht conditions that all disputes, claims, and objec -tions arising out of the racing, shall 1 * decided by. the Stewards or whom they ma^ appoint, their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme be final. 3. A qualified Hunter shall mean any horse that has been fairly hunted at least three times with any recognised pack of hounds during the season 1888 Master of Hounds certificate to be produced at the scales. 4. Five per cent will be deducted from the gross of all monies payable m accordance wi*h this programme for expenses of the course. 5. All nominations and acceptances to go to the funds of the Club. 6. Riders m all races except Selling Hack i Race must be members of some recognised Hunt Club, and member's ticket must be pro- I duced at the scales if required. R I 7. Riders who have never won an advertised I race of any sort, value 20 soys or over, allowed ?lbs m all races, except the Selling Hack Race. NOMINATIONS. Nominations for all handicaps and entries for Maiden Steeplechase and Sellihg Hunters' Steeplechase, accompanied by fees, name, age, 1 description, and performances of horse?, and I colors of the riders, must be m the hands of the Secretary, Commercial Hotel, Ashbuiton, not later than 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 21st 1 1888. .WEIGHTS. Weights for the Handicap Hurdle Race, Hunt Club Cup, and Hunters' Flat Race; will ba declared on Monday, July 30th, 1888. Weights for the Selling Steeplechase will be declared immediately after the Hunters' Flat Race srun. ACCEPTANCES.
