The meeting will be held under the New Zealand Grand National Steeplechase Rules 'where applicable. 2. No entry wiir 1 c received except on ht conditions that all disputes, claims, and objec -tions arising out of the racing, shall 1 * decided by. the Stewards or whom they ma^ appoint, their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme be final. 3. A qualified Hunter shall mean any horse that has been fairly hunted at least three times with any recognised pack of hounds during the season 1888 Master of Hounds certificate to be produced at the scales. 4. Five per cent will be deducted from the gross of all monies payable m accordance wi*h this programme for expenses of the course. 5. All nominations and acceptances to go to the funds of the Club. 6. Weights for the Handicap Hurdle Race, Hunt Club Cup, and Hunters' Flat Race; will ba declared on Monday, July 30th, 1888.
