ZULU TROUBLES.
Capetown, July 19. Dinizula has sent a messenger to Sir Arthur Havelock assuring him that the attack on the Dragoon was unauthorised, and was merely the action of some hot headed natives. He has also complained to Mr Osborne, chief magistrate of Zululand, that Havelock refused to parley, and he had no other course but to take up arms. Sir A. Havelock has declined to discuss terms of peace with Denizulu, while the latter remains under arms. I
