PARNELL INTERVIEWED.
The " Pall Mall Gazette " has interviewed Mr Parnell, who stated that next to the Home Rule scheme he favored a principle of Federation on the lines of German Federation as a solution of the Irish difficulty. The announcement is looked upon as most significant since the enunciation of Mr Gladstone's Irish Policy.
