Order made for payment In three monthly instalments, m default 21 days' imprisonment. OBSTRUCTING A THOROUGHFARE. Thomas Magee, who at the last sitting of the Court had been fined for negleotjag to remove a house on wheels obstructing a road m the Ahbarton district, now appeared, and stated that It was no fault of his that the boun had not been previously removed, the wet weather having made the roads so soft that a traotion engine to shift the house could not work.— The Magistrate asked if the house had yet been remove!; Mngee replied that it had not, but It would bo done forthwith,— Magee was allowed seven days In which to pay the fine previously Inflloted. This was all the business.
